When making the payment, pls also indicate the approximate number of players and coaches/guests you expect to bring to Tallinn, and which lodging alternative you prefer, even though the payment isn't due until later. This will make it easier for us in our planning.

For both divisions the fees are the following (all in EUR):

Team fee (this is taken care of when you pay the deposit)

  • for Eastern European countries 100-.
  • for other European countries 350-.

Player's fee (part of it is taken care of when you pay the deposit)

  • for Eastern European countries 35-.
  • for other European countries 85-.

Coaches & Guest fee

  • all guests 45-.
The player and coach/guest fee includes:
  • Bus transportation to the fields in the morning (going back by public transport (bus) or walking is easy, it's really only 2 stops), and back to the lodging in the evening after possible evening games followed by social events .. Food (dinner on Thursday and breakfast on Friday if the tournament starts at that time; otherwise dinner on Friday, breakfast and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday)

Deposit

  • for Eastern European countries 150-.
  • for other European countries 500-.
This deposit contains both team fee and part of player fees, and must be paid by May 26, 2003.

This is the situation with fees for today without sponsor money. Of course we are already working hard on getting sponsors and then the fees would go down.
